About Us > How to Book > Study Tour Conditions
The basic price quoted in the brochure / website is per person sharing a double room. It normally includes return flights/Eurostar train journeys (except where specifically stated otherwise), accommodation with private facilities, all breakfasts, excursions by private coach or as specified, services of the lecturer (and normally a tour manager – depending on group size), all entrance fees, study notes, gratuities and VAT. Each tour description states how many meals are included.
Not included in the price is transport between your home and the place where the tour starts/finishes, nor travel insurance.
We do not have an upper age limit on our tours, but all of them require a certain degree of physical fitness. All our tours involve a fair amount of standing and walking, often across uneven ground, over cobbled streets, or up steps.
Participants should be able to walk or stand for at least thirty minutes without aid or requiring a rest. If you are in any doubt as to whether a particular tour is suitable for you, please ring us to check before placing your booking.
We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel insurance cover. It would be useful if you could let us have the relevant details in the booking form.
After you complete the on-line provisional tour booking form, you will be sent a supplementary booking form to complete (asking for additional information needed to fully process your booking) which you will need to send back to us along with the requested deposit. Your provisional booking will be held for up to seven days until we receive payment of the deposit. Please contact us if you have not received the supplementary booking form within seven days.
We will then confirm your booking and times of travel. The final balance is payable at the latest eight weeks before the tour. About two weeks before the tour we will send you the flight tickets and final programme.

bookings up to eight weeks before departure.
If we have to cancel the tour, we will offer a full refund.
