Study Courses

In Art Pursuits Short Courses you examine an art historical topic over three weekly sessions with a lecturer. Each session lasts two hours with a refreshments break and chance to chat in the middle. Study materials are provided. Our aim is to provide a friendly atmosphere and an enlightening experience to give you a thoroughly enjoyable study opportunity.

Please note that three errors were made in a leaflet recently distributed:
- The second session of both ITALIAN FRESCOES courses: 'The Early Renaissance' and 'The Flowering of the Renaissance' are on 15 January (not 16 January)
- The 'Mediaeval Decorative Arts' course is on 15 and 22 February and 1 March.
- The first session of both the GREAT BUILDINGS OF ENGLAND courses: 'Regency and Victorian' and 'The Twentieth Century' are on 9 April (not 19 April)
